All FSL customers receive a '21-Day Fulfillment Time Guarantee' for all 'typical designs', (as determined during the estimation phase). *'Special designs' or projects requiring the use of 'special materials' do not qualify for the '21-Day Fulfillment Time Guarantee' as those jobs take longer to complete.
After every project design is approved by you, the clock begins on 'the lead time'. If we do not finish the fabrication and installation of your metal within 21 days post-drawings approval, we will refund 50% off your invoice, guaranteed.
